About Alex Holliman

Founder, CEO, Creative Director, and Designer

Alex Holliman is a self-taught fashion designer, born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He began sewing at the age of nine and officially launched the Farrierbell Couture brand in 2004. The name Farrierbell honors his family legacy, combining the middle name of his late great-grandmother, Ruth Farrier Jackson, with the name of his late grandmother, Tillie Bell Holliman.

In 2007, Holliman relocated to Atlanta, Georgia to grow his brand in a larger and more competitive market. Since then, he has experienced significant success, earning nominations and wins for several prestigious awards, working with celebrity clientele, and having his garments featured on national television and in numerous publications.

Most recently, Holliman was selected as one of Tamron Hall's up-and-coming designers and was featured on an episode of her show, where he shared his story and showcased his work to a national audience.

Holliman believes everyone should have a piece of Farrierbell Couture in their closet. He spends much of his time traveling and participating in fashion shows around the world, introducing Farrierbell Couture to new markets. He looks forward to the day when his garments are available in retail stores across the nation.
