Booking Fee$500 total, $250 due at booking, remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event.

Travel If travel is required, producers must cover flight and luggage fees necessary to transport garments. Producers must provide a clothing rack on site.

Garment Rentals, Pullings

We work exclusively with high-end productions that align with the Farrierbell Couture image and growth goals. All pulling requests are subject to approval.

Required for review: concept, photographer, location, model details, and intended usage
Rental fees: $275 and up, depending on the garment
Care: dry-cleaning fee required for all rentals

Custom-Made Garments

Consultation requirements

Before we schedule a consultation, please include your full name, location, event date, the type of garment you are requesting, and inspirational images or references.

Pricing, deposits, and timeline

Starting Custom work starts at $700 and up.
Non-refundable All custom work is non-refundable. A deposit is required before any work begins, including sketching and fabric sourcing.
Deposit window After your consultation call, you will have 48 hours to submit the required deposit.
Timeline Standard production is 6 to 8 weeks. Rush orders (less than 6 weeks) require an additional $300 rush fee.

Farrierbell Couture evaluates requests based on creative alignment, production quality, scheduling, and garment availability. Submitting complete information supports a quicker review.
